WHO CAN JOIN?

  1. Up to 10 participants total (just you or bring 9 of your friends/family!)

  2. General guideline for min. age is 5+ (younger allowed at parent discretion)

  3. All minors must be accompanied by at least one adult

  4. With limited space, we do not allow unpaid spectators — if you're in the barn, you're in the experience!

  5. All participants must sign an event waiver. Those under 18 must have it completed/signed by their parent or legal guardian.

    My visit to JFP Equine for a meet and greet with Clydesdales was an amazing experience. The farm is owned by Jim Poole, former manager of the Budweiser Clydesdales. His son Barclay and daughter- in- law Samantha are on hand to greet visitors and share information about the horses. On the day I went, Barclay introduced us to three of these magnificent horses. We were each able to interact with the horses and there were plenty of opportunities for pictures. Everyone was so nice and happy to answer any and all questions. Don’t hesitate to book your encounter with these gentle giants. Highly recommend.

FAQs

  • The Clydesdale ‘Backstage’ Meet N’ Greet is a private 60-min experience for up to 10 participants in your group. The cost is $250.

  • Each Clydesdale ‘Backstage’ Meet N’ Greet experience is approx. 60 minutes.

  • The experience is intended primarily for guests ages 6 and older who are able to safely follow instructions and behave appropriately around very large horses.

    That said, parents know their children best, and younger participants may attend at the discretion of their parent or legal guardian.

    Because the experience involves close interaction around very large horses, a parent, legal guardian, or supervising adult must remain with the child at all times and is responsible for ensuring the child’s ability to follow instructions and behave safely around the animals.

    All minor participants must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Yes, all participants must complete a JFP Equine waiver form prior to participation. Any participant under the age of 18 must have their waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian.

  • Our Clydesdale ‘Backstage’ Meet N’ Greets are available through the week as we try to accommodate participant schedules as best as we can. However, session spots are limited and can fill up.

  • At JFP Equine, we focus on quality vs. quantity. Because of this, as well as the fact that we are continuously selling Clydesdales to breeders and enthusiasts across North America, we typically have between 4 and 8 world-class on site.

  • Yes, a Clydesdale ‘Backstage’ Meet N’ Greet session can be booked privately for a group of 10 or less. Contact us directly at info@jfpequine.com and we will accommodate as best as we can!
